What we collect

When you sign up we collect your phone number and, if you provide it, your name and email address. When you use the service we store the messages you send and the replies you receive so the assistant can keep context and so you can review your history.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service: sending you verification codes, delivering reminders and notifications you have requested, and replying to your messages. We do not use your information for advertising.

Text messaging

By opting in you agree to receive text messages from Agent App at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Your phone number and text message opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, such as our messaging carrier (Twilio), hosting providers, and AI model providers that generate replies. They are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and message history at any time by texting DELETE to the service or emailing support@theagentapp.ai, and we will remove it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

Agent App is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by text or email.
